Did you know there’s a special day dedicated to local bookstores? There is! And it is fast approaching. To celebrate, we’ve planned a day full for fun activities for the whole family. Plus, some special promos, too! Read on for all the details, and see you in the shop on Saturday, April 27th!

We’re kicking things off Indie Bookstore Day with a KIDS DANCE PARTY at 11 am. That’s right, some movin and groovin to get the celebration started. We’re breaking in the new children's section next door at Old Town Books Junior. This is your chance to take a sneak peek into the space before we work our bookish magic on it! There will be booksellers on hand to share our favorite kids books of the season, plus tunes by Tots with Tempo (and a disco ball, because why not?)
